Case Study: BuzzMobo

Designing a service for a complex transaction. Inclusive of end to end transaction which includes both online and offline experiences. 



Buzzmobo is a mobile phone buyback company. This is a reverse transaction from a typical e-commerce site. We needed to create a conversion funnel and an offline experience that made the customer trust the company enough to send in their devices prior to payment.


My Role:

I was a UX and UI Designer with BuzzMobo, Specifically working on the conversion funnel experience.



We reached out to existing Buzzmobo customers to do interviews with users. We discovered 2 primary user types and created personas for each. We found it important to understand their shopping habits, so that we could implement familiar patterns to the reverse transaction paradigm.
